About
Local home tech help that’s easy to understand.
Hello, I’m Chumley,
I provide friendly, patient tech help for everyday problems — printers, computers, phones, WiFi, and streaming devices. I work with people who don’t want jargon, don’t want to feel rushed, and just want things to work properly again.
I know tech can feel overwhelming or frustrating. My approach is simple: I explain things clearly, go at your pace, and make sure you understand what’s been done before I leave.
If something isn’t worth fixing, I’ll tell you honestly and suggest the best next step. My goal is to make technology feel less stressful and more useful in everyday life.
Privacy promise
Your data stays your business.
My approach
- I only access what’s needed to fix the problem.
- I won’t browse personal files/photos unless you specifically ask.
- I explain what I’m doing as I go, and you can watch the whole time.
- If something needs a password, you can type it in yourself.
